We began dating in January '96 and married in May of '99. Ian joined us in '03, Noah in '06 and Elle completed us in '09. We also have two precious babies that we never got to hold, but are waiting for us to join them in Heaven one day.

We love the Lord, each other, our family and friends and Alabama football. We live a full, blessed, and at times crazy life.

Welcome to our world!

Swedish Fish & Valentine's Day Cards ~

 IMGP4860

As with most holidays, Pinterest inspired me to do lots of DIY projects for Valentine's Day.  However, after a sinus infection that lasted 3 weeks, a trip out of town and life in general...most of those projects didn't get done.  I did manage to get the kids' Valentine's Day cards printed/made.

I have read Design Dazzle for several years now.  Toni always has gorgeous ideas to share.  I was so excited to find her free printable for Valentine's Day cards!  I knew right away I wanted to use it in Elle's K3 class.

I printed the cards off on pink cardstock {mainly because we were out of white...SEE!  I told you I've been busy!}, purchased a bag of Swedish Fish from Wal-Mart, and packaged the Valentine's in clear cellophane bags that I already had, taped down with decorative tape from Target.

  1. This is a precious idea!! Love the fish. I'll have to look for them soon. I think I found one on your floorboard this past weekend. I went to give it to Elle thinking it was part of a puzzle etc and she said, "No, Nan, throw that OUT!" So I did. Now I know why :)
